  Serves 4

  • 1 cup natural yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • Quarter of a cucumber, peeled and deseeded
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander leaves
 

 

  Method

Finely chop the cucumber and combine all ingredients, mix well and serve
