Poppadom Sauce

  Ingredients

  Serves 4

  • 1 cup natural yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons mango chutney
  • Quarter teaspoon turmeric
  • handful fresh mint leaves finely chopped
  • or 1 teaspoon mint from a jar
  • Juice of 1 lemon
 

 

  Method

Add the turmeric to the sweet water and mix well then combine all ingredients together in a food processor. Whiz until smooth. Serve with poppadoms.
